David has extensive experience within the local government arena having served as the Spencer County Judge for 11 years. During his tenure in County government, David served as President of the Board of the Kentucky Association of Counties (KACo), Chairman of KIPDA, North Central Health District, and the KIPDA regional board, served on the board of Kentucky County Judge Association and two years on the National Association of Counties Board. David is a native Kentuckian graduating from Fern Creek High and also draws on his experience as a small business owner for 13 years.
