Mr. Theinert has around 20 years of experience in public finance specializing in providing advisory services to Kentucky school clients. His specialty includes cash flow analysis, bonding capacity projections and continually monitoring outstanding bond issues for refunding savings opportunities. Mr. Theinert also facilitates the Kentucky Interlocal School Transportation Association (KISTA) school bus financing program. He has received a B.B.A. in Finance from Morehead State University and holds the Series 50 Municipal Advisor Representative designation.
