Mr. Capps recently graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.B.A in Finance and Minor in Business Analytics. His specialty includes cash flow analysis, bonding capacity projections, and continually monitoring outstanding bond issues for refunding savings opportunities. Mr. Capps’ responsibilities include providing day-to-day project support assisting local governments and school districts with competitive bond sales, providing relevant market research and analysis, and pricing of bond sales. Mr. Capps holds the Series 50 Municipal Advisor Representative designation.
